From his homeport of Telluride, Colorado, Frenchie works his way around the world with surely one of the best gigs ever — as a personal chef for some of the biggest name bands and musicians in rock and roll — nurturing them through recording, rehearsal and world touring processes.
A yacht chef with more than 50,000 sea miles, Frenchie’s adventures include remote expeditions navigating extreme logistical challenges and month-long river rafting trips as provisioner / chef / boatman in the Grand Canyon. (Both private & commercial outfitters)
When serendipity offered the opportunity, he circumnavigated the globe on competitive sailboats. Finding respect comfort and humility in the rhythms of the sea, he appreciates cultures that intrigue, circumstances that humble, and the importance of each member of a tightly knit crew.
