Katerina graduated from the Naval Academy in Varna Bulgaria where she studied Management of Ports. Prior to joining the yachting industry, Katerina also worked at a 5 star sea resort in Bulgaria as a bartender, where she was promoted to manager.
She then decided to follow her passion for the sea and switched to the yachting industry where she proved to be a real team player and discovered a good eye for detail. She worked on both private and charter boats from 31m to 56m before joining Oceana.

Shannon grew up on a small coastal town in the north Island of New Zealand. She started working in hospitality at a young age while still at high school. At 16 years old Shannon became a volunteer fire fighter and continues to move up the ranks while she is at home.
This is Shannon’s first year in the yachting industry. Prior to this she worked as a bank teller for ASB and in housekeeping at a private golf club. The Ocean has always been one of her biggest passions which led her to pursue a career in yachting.

Description:
Domagoj started his maritime career back in 2000 after he graduated from University of Maritime Studies for Maritime Traffic Engineer, and joined his first commercial vessel soon after to do his apprentice. Domagoj has since been working his way up in the industry, and, over the years has gained a lot of knowledge and experience, and has visited many parts of the world.
Domagoj is a very happy and smiley person. He enjoys spending time on board and be on hand for guests to give them the best time on board and make their vacation unforgettable.

Igor started out as a hotel engineer for Carnival Cruise Lines almost twenty years ago. He has since worked his way up within the cruise industry, working various engineering roles including staff chief engineer for five years.
Igor has decided to join the yachting industry and this is his first season. He describes himself as punctual and proactive, and works with a smile.

Ben is interested in travel and adventure. In his words, he does not have a home as his home is the world. Originally from the east coast of Australia he grew up by the beach in a small surfing village called Lennox Head. Having 7 brothers has given him the preparation for living and working as part of a team. Growing up he worked in many professions before making the move to the yachting industry, inclusing hospitality, construction, and the aviation industry.
Always positive especially in the worse conditions, Ben always has a smile on his face and a story to tell. He likes to stay active and will chase a ball for hours. He also loves to play Frisbee.

Originally from the Philippines, Valentin has been living in Italy since 1994. Val has culinary and service experience, gained from working in various restaurants, bars and coffee shops. He joined Oceana during the refit in 2015 and is an experienced and responsible deckhand. He is also an experienced craftsman, so he works closely with the other members of the Oceana crew in preparing the yacht to look and perform at its best at all times.
Valentin embraces helping others and that skill is much appreciated by guests who find him to be a very amiable, easy going and an attentive member of the Oceana crew.

He is competitive by nature and finds it hard to say no to a challenge, while always looking to provide a fun, positive environment.
Justin is looking to progress up the ranks in the yachting industry, whilst also learning as much as he can along the way to always ensure that he is an invaluable part of any team.
