Juan Luis Serra LaLaurie, was born in Spain and settled in Mallorca. He is dedicated to the world of sailing since childhood, currently racing in the J80 class and has worked professional in the world of charter for the last 20 years.
Although qualified as a diving and sailing instructor, he dedicated 2011 exclusively to the remodeling and tuning of Phoenix Ocean for perfect and comfortable sailing in all conditions.

Dery, born 1983 in Colombia, started her career as chef on sailing yachts in 2017.Since then, she has logged more then 30,000 nautical miles in the Caribbean and in the Med. with lots of various charter guests.
It is Dery's passion to cook with an emphasis on healthy living. Dery creates some wonderful dished inspired by her many travels, that guests look forward to each time they visit.
