TYRONE SKINNER — FIRST OFFICER
Tyrone’s early years were enjoyed along the entire coastline of South Africa and Namibia. He has been fortunate to travel extensively to remote locations to surf and always been involved in recreational boating/ jet skis. Prior to yachting, he was involved with landscape construction and design. His passion took him to the UK where he lived for 9 years. Currently in possession of a 200t Master of Yachts ticket, he looks forward to completing his Master 3000 ticket. As a senior crew member, he strives to improve every aspect of the boat and deliver high quality service to owners and guests. Besides the ocean, he has a connection with nature and can be found mountain biking, trail running, hiking or just sitting next to big lake admiring the view reading or listening to music.

DOMINIC RICHARDSON — ENGINEER
Dominic is a marine engineer with 14 years’ experience. Having started his career working on board the only NATO owned and operated research vessel for 7 years, he made the switch to yachts and has not looked back. He has worked on many different yachts ranging from 35m to 80m and always strives to do the best possible job. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his dog, Meatball, play video games and snowboard.

YOUNG KIM — CHEF
Young was born into a culinary family in Lima, Peru. He spent most of his childhood in his grandmother’s restaurant, smelling, tasting and watching all she did and admired the effort she put into every dish. After finishing his culinary degree in 2005 at the San Ignacio Culinary Institute, a part of the American Culinary Federation and the Paul Bocuse Institute, he worked in the kitchens of several land-based restaurants and on-board Disney, Princess, and Costa Italian cruise ships. From 2018-2020, he had the opportunity to cook at The Grill by Thomas Keller in the Seabourn Luxury Cruise Line. When Covid shut down operations, Young transitioned to yachting. As a Peruvian Chef, of course, Peruvian food is in his blood and is his specialty. Throughout
his career, he has travelled around the world and worked alongside world-class chefs. He learned and perfected his skill over the years, cooking amazing Italian, French, Mediterranean, Asian, Caribbean and American dishes – you name it and he will make it! Young enjoys going to markets and sourcing local, fresh ingredients to create delicious family-style meals. What he loves most about being the Chef on Just Sayin’ is that he has the freedom to use his creative side! In his free time, Young loves soccer, dogs and enjoys working in a fast paced environment, always with a smile and a great attitude.
