Capt. Dimitris has graduated Merchant Marine Academy and till now he has performed exceptionally well in the Yachting industry. His loyalty and devotion, kept him 13 years on M/Y SEAKID from her purchase until today with the same Owner. Dimitris primary focus is the safety of the guests and crew. A few of his myriad duties range from navigation to accounting, planning, managing and accommodating charters, to the overall management of the yacht and crew. Delegation of responsibilities is essential for him. In every cruise Dimitris wants to ensure each and every voyage is relaxing and a rewarding experience. He encourages a service-oriented daily work ethic among the crew while maintaining just the right tone of formal or casual ambiance aboard as desired by the guests. His experience of Greek seas is such to ensure his guests will travel at the most memorable places of Greek islands with the safety that the guests want to feel.


Name: Ippokratis Koumartzis

Description:
Ippokratis, he as well, grew up in Athens and has graduated the Merchant Marine academy of Crete.
He is 38 years old and holds the STCW Captain’s class C’ certificate. Keen to build and improve, Ippokratis started his Career in Container & Passenger ships. Later in 2009 began carving a career in Yachting for himself in the industry offering his services on-board M/Y Insignia, M/Y Endless Summer, M/Y Lady Ellen II etc. and he is now an established Chief Officer who leads the crew by example. Experienced at most water sports himself, Ippokratis is responsible for all Watersports instruction on-board. Whether assisting in the navigation of ‘IDyllic’ or using the tender guests can always feel safe and confident in the most capable of hands. Ippokratis is fortunate enough to combine work & play and jumps to take guests watersport activities utilising his experience and passion. Ippokratis likes jogging and travelling and speaks English fluently.

Position: 2nd Officer

Description:
Dimitris grew up in Athens and has graduated the Merchant Marine academy of Aspropyrgos. He is 31 years old and holds the STCW Captain’s class B’ certificate.
He is an active, energetic, enthusiastic and easy going person dedicated to his work with great experience on safety, maintenance and leadership skills gained from his years of experience in maritime industry on cargo vessels & yachts as well. Before joining M/Y Idyllic he has offer his services on board M/Y Serenity and M/Y Tueq among others. His hobbies are photography, theatre and reading. He speaks fluent English.
Name: Filippos Karras

Position: Chief Engineer
Nationality: Greek
Description:
Filippos grew up in Athens and he graduated the Merchant Marine academy of Aspropyrgos.
He is 42 years old and holds the STCW Engineer A’ class Certi¬cate. Filippos began his career in Cargo and Tanker ships, later in early 2000 decided to proceed in Yachting industry where he succeeded and now he is an extremely experienced A’ Class Engineer. Some of his previous yachts are: M/Y Blue Bay, M/Y Blue Belle, M/Y Blue Desired, M/Y Serenity and M/Y Kambos Blue. To build an unparalleled experience on board you need to have a solid foundation and this is nowhere more evident that in the engine department. Filippos speaks English.
Name: Konstantinos Sklavos

Position: 2nd Engineer
Nationality: Greek
Description:
The commitment on IDyllic to build a solid foundation on the engineering department and increase safety and comfort is also evident with the addition of Konstantinos to the team. He is a graduate of naval Academy of Chios Konstantinos started his career in the mid-2000s in tanker ships and moved to the yachting industry in 2010. In 2020 joined the IDyllic charter team. He serves as 2nd Engineer, though is fully qualified as Chief Engineer increasing the overall level of competence on board. Konstantinos speaks English and holds a speed boat license.

Name: Emmanouil Thliveros

Position: Head Chef
Nationality: Greek
Description:
Emmanuel was born in Greece in 1978. He holds a Chef’s Diploma and has also attended various seminars. Emmanuel has 25 years’ experience in famous 5Star hotels, restaurants and charter yachts such us M/Y Insignia, M/Y Iris and M/Y Zen. At the same time he has been teaching cooking in private schools. He is very talented, a Chef with a great knowledge of Mediterranean and International cuisines. Emmanuel is professional and dedicated an expert in preparing tailor made menus. He is very creative and competent and he can satisfy the most demanding guests. He speaks English and he enjoys fishing.

Position: Sous Chef
Nationality: Greek
Description:
Ilias was born in Athens in 1991 and he has a vast previous experience in hotels and restaurants. His passion for food has taken him around the world, cooking for fine dining restaurants, hotels and private residences. Ilias always aims to please and goes above and beyond, in order for the Idyllic guests to have the most enjoyable culinary experience whilst onboard. Ilias Speaks English and French.
Name: Stelios Axiotakis

Position: Hotel Manager
Nationality: Greek
Description:
Stelios was born in Greece but grew up in the U.K. He is a graduate of Hotel Management School “Les Roches” in Switzerland. He has been in the hospitality industry at various restaurants and hotels for more than 25 years specialized in the ¬fieeld of Food and Beverage. His career on cruise ships started in 2004 and has been working in various companies as Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager as well as Butler service.
His valuable experience and knowledge in combination with his pleasant personality will sure become benefi¬cial to the yachting industry and brings IDyllic’s service to another level. He speaks fluent English and conversational French and German. He loves cooking, gardening and sports.

Name: Olga Bila

Position: Chief Stewardess
Nationality: Ukrainian
Description:
Olga was born in 1983 in Ukraine. She holds an Economics diploma and a Stewardess diploma from the odessa Maritime Training Centre. Some iog her previous yachts are M/Y Monte Carlo, M/Y Lady Ellen II and M/Y Stella Fiera. She is a positive young lady with a professional attitude towards all aspects of her work. She has a friendly personality and stays positive in any situation. She strives to perfection in all she does , ready to achieve excellent results. Olga is hardworking, good tempered and enjoy working with in a team, supporting and adapting to high extreme situations in a calm manner. Olga has excellent experience in care, great comminication skills and quickly finds the right solutions to meet the guests needs. She speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian and her hobbies are drawing and reading.

Description:
Maria – Erato is 30 years old and was born in Athens. She is holder of Bachelor and Master degree in Marketing, Communication, Public relation and advertisement.
Maria Erato has a vast experience in VIP services as she was flight attendant in Fly Emirates for 6 years where she received an excellence award for exceptional service onboard. Her love for travelling brought her to the yachting industry and she joined IDyllic in early 2020. Maria - Erato is a fast learner, dedicated to work always kind and happy with a very customer oriented focus. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and she is an invaluable person in the IDyllic experience. She is interested in arts, music and sports and she speaks fluent English.

Description:
Lizl was born in Palawan , Philippines in 1982. She holds a Hotel and Restaurant Servicing certificate and a Junior Baker Certifiate.She joined M/Y Idyllic in 2021, coming from M/Y Zoe, and soon she became a valuable member of the team. She is an enthusiastic and friendly person, always with a smile offering the best service to the clients onboard. She speaks fluent English. She loves theatre and reading.
Name: Stavros Mpoletis

Position: Bosun
Nationality: Greek
Description:
Stavros is 45 years old born in Athens. He continues the requirement onboard IDyllic that all members of the crew have a lot of sea faring experience. He holds a seaman’s license and a speedboat license. He started his career in merchant shipping as deckhand soon becoming a Bosun. He entered yachting in 2003 and since then he has given his stellar performance onboard various yachts such as M/Y Giochithe and M/Y Seakid. Stavros is an extremely multi-talented and pleasurable person. He speaks English and enjoys driving and watersports.

Description:
Nikos is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy and he has gained a 6 years experience in tanker ans passenger ships. He is a dedicated and hardworking person always there for his team. He has great communiocation skills and he focuses on guests’ needs. He enjoys travelling and rock climbing and he speaks fluent English.

Description:
Thodoris was born and raised in Athens in 1997. He has studied Marine management and holds a Deckhand license and a speed boat license. He has five years of sailing expirience in yachts such as M/Y Velvet and M/Y Regina K. Thodoris loves the sea and his passion is to be a captain one day in the future.
He speaks fluent English and enjoys water sports.

Petros is 28 years old , born in Salamina island. Straight after graduating he started working on passenger vessels. Since then he’s learned a lot and he realized he truly enjoys working on yachts so he came to M/Y Idyllic in
