Davor Mioković was born as a sailor despite the fact he didn’t grew up at sea. He was born in Slavonia, flat part of Croatia known as granary of Croatia. But after he enrolled at University of Sport in Zagreb and spent one semester on sailing, he became dedicated to make his new passion an everyday work.
Throughout the years he sailed on many regattas on Adriatic coast and become a sailing and skipper instructor. Despite his age, he sailed more than 10 times across the Mediterranean Sea. Sailing in Greece, Italy, France and Spain as well as Atlantic Ocean on boat delivery jobs he gained a lot of experience both in sailing and in teamwork.
He has great communication skills with everyone, loves being around people and at the same time, knows when to respect other people’s privacy. He is very hard-working and enjoys passing his knowledge to others.

In a nutshell, Darko is a hardworking chef with professional and positive attitude, great organzation skills, good sense for details, passionate about food and quality, having a good team spirit, deadline oriented and able to efficiently manage kitchen operations and supervise staff. He has a vast of experience with traditional dishes from Croatia, Germany and Ireland.
YOUR STEWARDESS
Una was born in 1979 in Zagreb, Croatia and as long as she remembers she was drawn towards the sea.
When she finished dance school, she was interested in glass art, for 10 years she was a stained glass and jewellery designer, and after that a wedding planner and designer.
She started sailing for fun and fell in love with boats, sea and life on the sea. 9 years ago, she started working as a hostess. Last 4 years she was a crew member on a catamaran as hostess/chef and the last 3 years she is instructor on a course for hostesses.
