Captain Wim has been a passionate sailor for 45 years. He has been sailing since childhood. He is familiar with all aspects of sailing. From cruising to Olympic sailing. He has 30 years of experience as a teacher and physical trainer of Olympic medal winners. Passion about people is his life's motto.
Chef Griet has an eye for detail. Was an accountant by profession. Loves tidiness and spoiling people with good food. She was able to pass on her love of cooking to her son, who has become a chef in a restaurant. She is the perfect complement to Wim.
